I know most of us do not really understand how the Oriflame system works or you don’t understand how you get paid and what determines how you get paid*
Am I correct???
So this evening I will be taking us through HOW THE SYTEM WORKS IN ORIFLAME*
Everything we do in Oriflame is determined by Bonus Points and Business Volume which we call "BP" and “BV”*
All products in Oriflame have BONUS POINTS (BP) depending on their prices and that total amount of products purchased is called BUSINESS VOLUME (BV) after VAT is removed*
*For instance most male perfumes are 96bp , hand cream 10bp, body spray 15bp, roll on 10bp etc*
*FOR INSTANCE*
*ECLAT STYLE PERFUME = 96BP*
*CONSULTANT PRICE IS= 18,146*
But the BV= Business Volume (the amount that actually goes to oriflame after VAT is taken out) is;
*BV = 16,880*
The bonus points attached to each products can be found in the price list or on the website at the point of making orders*
*How many of us have seen it before?*
So using this product as example again
*The Novage supreme cleansing gel*
The price you’re buying as a consultant is 7646
But the price going to oriflame is 7113 (BV)
*Which means the VAT on that product is 7646-7113= 533 naira*
And that 7113 is equivalent to 29BP...
*Which also means that 1bp = 246naira approximately*
I’m taking my time to break all these down so that you have an in-depth knowledge of your business bcos thsi new year we Will be focusing on social selling massively and you will learn how to document your

Just like an actual business person
It will interest you to know that we have what we call group BP/BV and personal BP/BV*
Now BP and BV of products ordered/purchased are accumulated monthly to determine the level you get to and the amount you will be paid*
*That means that at d end of the month, the BV and BP of all the products you buy within that month will be added together to determine your total BP/BV for the month and d level it takes you*
PERSONAL BP/BV is the summation of all the products you personally purchase within a month*
*While GROUP BP/BV is the summation of all the products you purchased, all d products the people registered under you purchased, and d people registered under all the people under you till d last generation purchasing*
A simple illustration: if i order*
Giordani man perfume (85bp)
Possess perfume (95bp),
Activelle deo spray(15bp),
Pure skin Sachet scrub and mask (5bp)
*within one month... what is my cumulative personal bp for that month?*
*Can someone calculate for me?*
Another simple illustration: if i order*
Giordani man perfume (71bp= N12,444BV)
Possess perfume (71bp= N12,444BV)
Activelle deo spray(6bp= N1,066BV)
Pure skin Sachet scrub and mask (3bp= N608BV)
*within one month... what is my cumulative personal BP AND BV for that month?*

ANS:* 151bp/26,562bv
Now another illustration... if i have made 1000bp from selling different products I order, and i register Smith who sells and uses products worth 1000bp then smith also registers John who also orders products worth 1000bp all within one month*
This means that in that month my group bp will be 3,000bp*
*Meaning my own 1000bp+1000bp(Smith)+1000bp(John)= 3000bp*
Now this brings us to the importance of recruitment*
*If i dint place my own personal order of 1000bp which i showed to smith, Smith wouldn't have registered John and John wouldn't have registered d other person*
so i have 3000bp because Smith is registered under me, and John is registered under Smith which i registered*
i wouldn't have closed that month with 3000bp... i would have just closed on 1000bp.... but with all d effort of my group coupled with mine i was able to make 3,000bp*
*Now after my group bp for that month is attained... the group bp determines my performance level and how much i will earn*
*This chart explains how many group bp u need to get to a particular level/Title and how much that tilte entitles me to get* 👇👇👇
please lets note that those are average earnings... one can actually earn above that or below that depending on how your team is structured*
So now according to that chart... i need 10,000bp to attain 21% senior manager title which is the highest title on this first level chart... now d question is can i alone order products of 10,000bp?*
thats over 2 million Naira worth of products, its very possible for me to sell that, but only a few people can do it.... maybe one person out of 100 people*
Goodnews is we have hundreds of thousands of senior managers in Oriflame and they pull it off monthly... How?*
*Selling and recruitment*
*That is the way to go👍👍👍*
And i must tell you... it is very achievable... people like me and so many others in this business make our 10,000 bonus points on the first day of the month... Why? Because we have been able to build a sustainable team over time. It doesn’t happen in a day*
and mind you... Oriflame is not a slavery business. Meaning if your downlines (people registered under you) place orders and you as their Sponsor/upline doesnt place orders u wont earn anything... cos they cant be working for you to earn... and if you quit working your downlines can actually overtake you*
*Oriflame isn’t one of such companies where only those at the top earn and will be using their downlines... In Oriflame any upline that doesn’t work will not earn a dime, the downlines will overtake and earn more. So be rest assured you are not working for anyone but yourself!*
One other important detail i must make us understand; Oriflame doesn't accumulate bonus points or business volume for more than one month*
*Performance within one month is what Oriflame uses to determine your title for that month and what you earn*
When that month ends and you are paid for that month... the next month you start again with zero bp*
*This is because you have been paid for that month and they cant carry over your performance for that month into another month... doing that is a loss on the company’s part meaning they are paying you twice for d work u did once... and I don’t think any company does that*
A typical scenario is that After you have been paid salary for this month in your place of work you have to go to work the next month to be paid another salary right?*
*To all new members and new consultants in this group*
*I tell you it is not enough to register and just be inactive*
*There is no magic about it... quote me anywhere u can never succeed in a business where you just fold your arms and do nothing*
*Tell me, how do you expect to convince someone else to register with you when you haven't personally placed any orders or even seen any of the products or even tried them or believe in them?*
